Pickleball Courts: What You Need to Know #pickleball #community

Hey everyone, it's Larry G and today I'm here to talk about one of the most important aspects of playing pickleball - the court! As you know, pickleball is a fast-paced, competitive game that requires a lot of movement and quick reflexes. And to make sure that you can play at your best, it's crucial to have a good court to play on. First things first, let's talk about the size of the court. A standard pickleball court is 20 feet wide and 44 feet long, with a non-volley zone on each side called the "kitchen". Now, let's talk about the surface of the court. Most pickleball courts are made of concrete. The surface of the court should be smooth and free of any cracks or bumps that could cause injuries or affect the game. Another important aspect of the court is the lines. The lines on a pickleball court are painted in bright colors to make them visible and should be clearly defined. So, that's it for today's video on pickleball courts. I hope you learned something new and that this helps you the next time you step onto the court. Thanks for watching, and see you in the next video!
